There are 3 pockets with zippers.

The shoulderstrap is 70 - 130 cm adjustable with a small slider. I can make a longer one 100 - 200 cm
I can make a longer one also, 100 - 200 cm measured as a circle around your body.
This is measured as a cirle crossing around your upper body.
